When The Radiator Café team approached me about branding their new café/bar in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, with one big ask- “the logo had to include a radiator”, I knew we had something unique on our hands. The name pays tribute to the building’s past as a radiator shop, and I wanted the design to honor that history without leaning into tired "grease-stained garage" clichés.

The result is a logo that feels like it's always belonged, nostalgic and neighborhood-rooted, yet fresh and modern. With two distinct experiences inside the space (coffee by day, cocktails by night), I also created a set of custom icons to visually represent both sides of The Radiator while keeping the overall brand seamless and unified. This project was about more than just a logo, it was about creating a vibe that feels lived-in, local, and ready to welcome the next generation of regulars.
